Engaging with Clients in an Intentional Way

From an early age I was aware of my tendency to empathize and relate to others.  This personality characteristic gave me a direction early on to study psychology and mental health.  After my studies I worked in a variety of settings including an inpatient psychiatric facility, outpatient eating disorder facility, a domestic violence/sexual assault shelter, and finally in private practice.  As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the greater New Braunfels area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and do my best to meet people where they are and help guide them to where they want to be.  Additionally, my designation as a LPC-Supervisor gives me an opportunity to work with, mentor, and train LPC-Interns in the field.

I care immensely for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek or the peace they need.
